An Autopsy revealed Dolly died from collapsed lungs
In 1980, at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Kingston, Ontario, Denise asked a forensic technician illustrate an autopsy procedure on a large zinc etching plate. The technician outlined the position of the subject and showed the standard surgical procedure for autopsies. He added a heart shape on the arm, explaining that because there were several penitentiaries in the area, they saw a lot of dead ex-convicts with heart tattoos. Afterwards, Denise threw the plate into Lake Ontario before printing from it.
